Shoalhaven Mental Health Hub provides a welcoming and inclusive environment for people seeking information, advice or mental health support.
What is it? Created in collaboration with the local community, Shoalhaven Mental Health Hub is a free service for adults and young persons in Shoalhaven Region who are seeking emotional wellbeing and mental health support.
This adult mental health centre is funded by the Australian Government to support people in times of distress.
Who is it for? This service is open to anyone who may need mental health support. Family and friends of people experiencing mental ill health can also seek information and advice.
How do we help? Our team will work with you to understand what will help right now, and then if needed, help you find the right support for later. We offer a ‘no wrong door’ entry point for people who need:
Who we are? Some of our Shoalhaven Mental Health Hub team have experienced a mental health crisis themselves and understand what you may be going through. All of our team have experience supporting those with mental health challenges or emotional distress. Our Shoalhaven Mental Health Hub team comprises of both clinical staff and non-clinical staff.
