Your ingoing costs
The price of the home is the amount of money you need to pay when you settle into your new home.
Your ongoing costs
Your ongoing fees are called Recurrent Charges (General Service Charges) which contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of the Village community. They cover common grounds, communal services and facilities like community centres, gardening and pools.
They also cover the cost of your land and water rates, water usage, insurance of the building, internal and external maintenance of your unit, an emergency call button and your rubbish removal.

Your outgoing costs
When you eventually leave your premises, we will withhold a percentage of your Ingoing Contribution.
This Deferred Management Fee (DMF) is sometimes called a departure or exit fee. It is a source of income for Anglicare which may be used to expand and improve our villages as well as help fund the many community services that the organisation provides around Sydney.
Anglicare is regulated by the Retirement Villages Act 1999 (NSW) and the Retirement Villages Regulations 2017 (NSW). We will give you clear information about your rights, how to enter a village contract and how to end one.
Please note residents pay a departure fee when they leave the village.
